I found it pretty spot on for outerwear and shirts, but knits can be a bit more forgiving. I'd say stick to your usual for the sweater. My polo bear hoodie was true to size.

Hmm, I ordered a trench coat with their guide and it was perfect. But for some of their more fitted shirts, I often go one size up for a comfier fit. Depends on how you like your clothes to fit, I guess.
